Online Orders

Q: How long does it take to ship the order?

In stock items normally ship within 48 hours of the order being received.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom orders or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

If the item is out of stock, we will email or call you with an estimated ship date. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Q: How is my order shipped?

We ship from multiple fulfillment cents and direct from Manufacturers. Depending on the size, number of boxes, and weight of your order will depend on how it is shipped. Normally UPS or Fed Ex ground service is used. For smaller items, USPS may be used. For large girth and heavy items, LTL truck service may be needed.

Q: How do I return an item?

If you've decided to return an item to us, you'll need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s).

Email returns@signatureperformancetirewheels.com with our order number and the reason for the return.

We'll call or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA# for your order. You will also be provided further instructions for your return. Shipments returned without a valid RA# will be denied. SPTW is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RGA # attached/in the box.

Q: Can I get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) online?

Currently, SPTW cannot issue an RA# for your order completely online. You must email returns@signatureperformancetirewheel.com for the RA#. We'll contact you with the RA# for your order by telephone or email within 1-2 business days.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

Items in new condition (including original packaging, paperwork, hardware and instructions) may be returned for exchange. Use the same return procedure for returns to Signature Performance Tire & Wheel.

Q: Will I have to pay a restocking fee?

Signature Performance Tire & Wheel does not charge a restocking fee for exchanges, mistakes made by SPTW or manufacturers defects. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Q: Who pays for return shipping costs?

Signature Performance Tire & Wheel covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. SPTW does not pay for return shipping on core items. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

Items returned for reasons other than defect or SPTW error will be the responsibility of the customer. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product".

Q: I received the wrong item for my vehicle. What do I do now?

First, verify that the part number you ordered and the part number you received are the same item. You can check this number from the receipt in your shipment against the part number on your email order receipt. If the part numbers match, email returns@signatureperformancetirewheel.com and we will process your return and exchange the item for the correct part for your vehicle(if available). See #6 above regarding who is responsible for shipping costs.

If the numbers do not match, you may have been accidently shipped the wrong part for your vehicle. While this is extremely rare, it can happen with the volume of orders we ship from our manufacturers and fulfillment centers. A prepaid shipping label will be sent for returning the incorrect item, assuming you received the incorrect part through our error.

Q: When will I see credit for my returned item.

As soon as the returned product is received and inspected, your original form of payment will be refunded within 24 hours. If there is any questions or problems with the returned items, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss.

Q: Do you share my information with anyone else?

We do not sell or share your information.


Service/Installation Questions

Q: Is your Service/Installation guaranteed?

All service and installation is guaranteed for 90 days after the service or installation is performed.

Q: How long does it take normally to have my tires installed?

Normally 4 tires can be installed in approximately 1 hour. For custom wheels or special vehicles, please allow more time.

Q: Do I need to replace all 4 tires at the same time?

Replacing all 4 tires is not required unless all 4 are down to the wear indicators (2/32 tread depth left). SPTW does, however, recommend that you maintain the same approx tread on both tires on the same axle. It is good to replace tires at least in pairs, unless 1 has already been replaced on the same axle within 5000 miles.

Q: Do I have to have the same brand and model on all 4 tires

While it is not a requirement or law to run the same manufacturer or model tire on all 4 tires, SPTW does recommend at a minimum running the same model tire on the front or rear, but preferable the same model on all 4 tires.

Q: I see vehicles like mine with larger wheels, What have they done?

This is called plus sizing your tire and wheel combination. The overall goal is to keep the same overall diameter/height tire. As you go larger in the wheel, you go lower profile in the tire to maintain the overall same height. For example, you could have a stock 235/55r18 and want to go to 20 or 22 inch. Keeping the overall diameter the same, you would run 245/45r20 or 265/30r22. As you go larger in the wheel, your sidewall will decrease. You will normally get better handling from plus sizing, but you could also lose some of the ride comfort. Talk to one of our experts about the package that is right for you.

Q: I hear a term called Staggered fitment, what does this mean?

A staggered fitment is also referred to as a staggered application. Basically, it means that the wheels on the back of the vehicle are a different size than those on the front. Wider wheels are usually run on the back; for example, 19x8 on the front and 19x9.5 on the rear. This is typically done on rear wheel drive cars such as Infiniti G35, Nissan 350Z, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Ford Mustang, and others. Running wider wheels on the drive wheels means more grip on acceleration, and, from an aesthetic perspective, large lips.

A staggered fitment can also mean larger diameter wheels on rear, like 17" diameter on the front and 18" diameter on rear. Some examples of this would be aftermarket Acura NSX and Chevy Corvette.

We offer several tire/wheel packages that are considered Staggered Fitment, call or email us for details.

Q: I have Custom Wheels, do you have the proper equipment to install tires.

Since we also sell custom wheels, we use the state of the art equipment from Coats www.ammcoats.com and Corghi www.corghiusa.us to be able to mount and balance up to 26 inch tires and wheels.

Q: Do I need to prepay for my product that will be installed.

For items that are in stock at our distribution centers, we require a 50% deposit. For all special order products, we require 100% paid upfront for the products. Service and installation charges can be paid upon completion of the work performed.

Q: Is my car insured if you come pick it up?

Signature Performance Tire & Wheel employees are fully insured to drive your vehicle. In fact, you vehicle is covered should the work cause the vehicle to stay overnight at our facility.

Q: Are you open on Saturdays?

Currently, Signature Performance Tire and Wheel is open for appointments only on Saturday. Monday- Friday we are open from 9-6 and no appointment is needed.

Q: Do you match prices?

We will gladly beat any confirmed quote from a reputable company. We can’t beat it if you don’t ask!!

Q: What types of vehicles do you service or accessorize?

We carry all sizes and brands of tires, no matter what you drive. We can service most cars, trucks, Jeeps or SUV’s. Most of manufacturers offer products for both cars and trucks, so no matter if you drive a Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Cadillac, GM, Ford, Jeep, Dodge, Mini, Jaguar, Volvo, or Bentley, give us a call to see if we can service your automotive needs.


Terms & Conditions

Q: Shipping terms & conditions

Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. All orders placed prior to 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and all orders placed Saturday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, back ordered items, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via phone or email should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order.

All orders are subject to product availability. "In-Stock" items usually take between 2 to 7 days. Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre-sold, in this case, you will be sent an email notification that your item is on backorder. You have the option to continue to wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or select a different item to order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email. You can track your order status online by logging in to your account. Signature Performance Tire and Wheel ships with a variety of carriers including, but not limited to UPS and FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice as longs as it meets the transit time of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process the order prior to shipment. SPTW ships from multiple warehouses across the United States, multiple-item orders may not arrive to you at the same time.

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box, military APO/FPO or international address.

Items we sell require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This is protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified. Signature Performance Tire & Wheel reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Q: Customer Returns or Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund as long as the merchandise is in fully resalable condition (no damage, no stains, no wear and tear.

All returned items must be in new original condition and in original protective packaging. Used items are not eligible for return.

Before mounting tires on your wheels, check fit first, make sure they spin freely with no brake caliper clearance or other suspension interference issues. Note: Mounted wheels are not returnable. (unless purchased as a tire and wheel combination).

Before you drive on Tires or remove labels, check fit and make sure there are no fender clearance problems. Tires can not be returned if driven on or labels removed.

Open Electronics and programmers are not returnable.

Special orders, custom built, custom finished, individually customized wheels are not eligible for return or refund.

All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured (Unless SPTW mistake or manufacturer defects). All returns other than SPTW mistakes or manufacturers defects will be assessed the industry standard 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 7 days of "Return Authorization" date.

Any returns must have the RGA # noted on the front of the manifest or bill of lading in order to be recognized as valid. Shipments returned without a valid RA# will be denied. SPTW is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RGA # attached/in the box. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please Note: Cancelled orders and refused shipments are subject to the same terms and conditions above.

Q: Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, First, verify that the part number you ordered and the part number you received are the same item. You can check this number from the receipt in your shipment against the part number on your email order receipt. If the part numbers match, email returns@signatureperformancetirewheel.com and we will process your return and exchange the item for the correct part for your vehicle (if available).

Q: Shipping Damage

In the event that your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Please do this prior to the carrier leaving. Our freight is insured and you have every right to file a freight claim with the carrier if they did not handle your products properly. If you see visible damage to the cartons or the product, you can choose to (1) keep the product and file a claim (ask for a claim form from the driver), or (2) refuse the product and have it sent back to us. It is best to document any problems with a digital camera if possible.

VERY IMPORTANT!! Please try to inspect each piece of furniture thoroughly for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. Once you are completely satisfied there is no damage, then sign the delivery receipt which releases the delivery company and Signature Performance Tire & Wheel from all damage claims.

If the delivery driver does not allow you to inspect each piece, please note on the delivery receipt the following statement. POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE EACH BOX FOR INSPECTION and then sign where required. If these terms are not followed we cannot be liable for any replacements or refunds.

Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to us and the shipper within 5 days of arrival.

Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage. If there are partial damages or shortages, accept the good items and list damages/shortages on the delivery receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a replacement to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at our discretion.

Q: Manufacturer's Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Shipping costs are at customer's expense on all warranty issues.

Q: Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither Signature Performance Tire & Wheel nor any of its employees, related partners or their respective officers will be liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of this site, unavailability of this site or in connection with any products, services or information advertised, offered or supplied through this site. Signature Performance Tire & Wheel maintains the exclusive right to cancel or refuse any order without limitation. Including price omission, incorrect price, typographical errors, suspicion of fraud, and delivery area restrictions.
