Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. All orders placed prior to 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and all orders placed Saturday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, back ordered items, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via phone or email should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order.
All orders are subject to product availability. "In-Stock" items usually take between 2 to 7 days. Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre-sold, in this case, you will be sent an email notification that your item is on backorder. You have the option to continue to wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or select a different item to order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email. You can track your order status online by logging in to your account.
Signature Performance Tire and Wheel ships with a variety of carriers including, but not limited to UPS and FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice as longs as it meets the transit time of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process the order prior to shipment. SPTW ships from multiple warehouses across the United States, multiple-item orders may not arrive to you at the same time.
Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box, military APO/FPO or international address.
Items we sell require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This is protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified. Signature Performance Tire & Wheel reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Customer Returns or Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund as long as the merchandise is in fully resalable condition (no damage, no stains, no wear and tear.
All returned items must be in new original condition and in original protective packaging. Used items are not eligible for return.
Before mounting tires on your wheels, check fit first, make sure they spin freely with no brake caliper clearance or other suspension interference issues. Note: Mounted wheels are not returnable.
Before you drive on Tires or remove labels, check fit and make sure there are no fender clearance problems. Tires can not be returned if driven on or labels removed
Open Electronics and programmers are not returnable.
Special orders, custom built, custom finished, individually customized wheels are not eligible for return or refund.
If you've decided to return an item to us, you'll need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s).
Email email@example.com with our order number and the reason for the return. We will call or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA# for your order. You will also be provided further instructions for your return.
All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured (Unless SPTW mistake or manufacturer defects). All returns other than SPTW mistakes or manufacturers defects will be assessed the industry standard 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 7 days of "Return Authorization" date.
Any returns must have the RGA # noted on the front of the manifest or bill of lading in order to be recognized as valid. Shipments returned without a valid RA# will be denied. SPTW is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RGA # attached/in the box.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please Note: Cancelled orders and refused shipments are subject to the same terms and conditions above.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, First, verify that the part number you ordered and the part number you received are the same item. You can check this number from the receipt in your shipment against the part number on your email order receipt. If the part numbers match, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your return and exchange the item for the correct part for your vehicle(if available).
If the numbers do not match, you may have been accidently shipped the wrong part for your vehicle. While this is extremely rare, it can happen with the volume of orders we ship from our manufacturers and fulfillment centers. A prepaid shipping label will be sent for returning the incorrect item, assuming you received the incorrect part through our error
In the event that your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Please do this prior to the carrier leaving. Our freight is insured and you have every right to file a freight claim with the carrier if they did not handle your products properly. If you see visible damage to the cartons or the product, you can choose to (1) keep the product and file a claim (ask for a claim form from the driver), or (2) refuse the product and have it sent back to us. It is best to document any problems with a digital camera if possible.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Please try to inspect each piece of furniture thoroughly for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. Once you are completely satisfied there is no damage, then sign the delivery receipt which releases the delivery company and Signature Performance Tire & Wheel from all damage claims.
If the delivery driver does not allow you to inspect each piece, please note on the delivery receipt the following statement. POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE EACH BOX FOR INSPECTION and then sign where required. If these terms are not followed we cannot be liable for any replacements or refunds.
Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to us and the shipper within 5 days of arrival.
Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage. If there are partial damages or shortages, accept the good items and list damages/shortages on the delivery receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a replacement to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at our discretion.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Shipping costs are at customers expense on all warranty issues.
To the extent permitted by law, neither Signature Performance Tire & Wheel nor any of its employees, related partners or their respective officers will be liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of this site, unavailability of this site or in connection with any products, services or information advertised, offered or supplied through this site. Signature Performance Tire & Wheel maintains the exclusive right to cancel or refuse any order without limitation. Including price omission, incorrect price, typographical errors, suspicion of fraud, and delivery area restrictions.
